Gold of Italy

My partner Paolo Diletto and I commute between Norway and Italy, where we have a farm in Calabria. We have almost 4000 olive trees, which gives us the basis for the production of the olive oils. Our extra virgin olive oil has won international prizes several times. Our trademark is Gold of Italy and we specialize in extra virgin olive oils. In addition, we produce flavored olive oils; orange, lemon, chilli and rosemary. We have all the raw materials ourselves. We also produce some spices. And in collaboration with a sausage maker in Inderøy, we produce a traditional sausage with Norwegian meat and our own recipe and spice blend from Calabria. Here in Norway, we live in Verdal and have our warehouse there. We participate in markets and sell our products via several dealers, most of them in Trøndelag.
