Come and experience a living farm with wildlife and many different activities just 15 minutes from the center of Trondheim. Here there is something for everyone. Gourmet food and home cooking will be served in our restaurant Stabburet. We will also sell some home-made goods that can be bought in our farm shop. On the farm you will meet, among other things, three generations of farmers, around 20 pampered hens, quails, 2 farm cats and 9 cashmere goats. There is also a lot of farm equipment to take a look at, new and old tractors as well as equipment for grain production. Book your next experience with us.

We have a young and promising chef with big plans for the future. He works daily in a large nursery where he prepares the finest dishes for 90 children and 23 staff. He has brought with him his ideas and knowledge from Northern Norway and Lofoten and wants to develop further with his own kitchen and serving room at EgganNedre.

Our focus will be to cook food based on local ingredients and Nordic cuisine, with an element from around the world. For us, the most important thing is the passion for the food and the experience itself that is created around the dining table.
