At Credo, you will be served food made from ingredients grown in the region, fish and seafood taken from the sea in Trøndelag, and dairy products cheesed in ways where taste and sustainability are important elements. The most important thing for Heidi Bjerkan and Credo is the raw ingredients. Credo takes you through multiple flavors, textures and emotions through a set tasting menu consisting of 20-25 servings combined with drinks that highlight the flavors in each dish.
