Furia

Furia is a core-soured beer with sugar kelp. Here, all taste buds are set in motion. Sweetness from the malt, acidity from the kettle souring, bitterness and fruitiness from the Jester hops, salt and umami from the sugar kelp. The flavors come like a "furia".
