Mikkeller Baghaven // A base of all locally grown and malted barley is enhanced with malted wheat, raw buckwheat, and emmer. Generously hopped with French Aramis in the kettle, and New Zealand Motueka and Wai-iti in the whirlpool. Havnesæson is the perfect balance of cracker malt character, grassy and citrus hops, and acidity from extended aging of 12 months in a large foeder.
Passer til: With a distinct bitterness and hence the beer needs a dish that can stand up to it. Ramen noodles are the obvious choice here.
