Garnvik's Smokehouse

Garnviks Røkeri is a small, family-run smokehouse based on Frøya in Sør-Trøndelag. It all started when Vidar Garnvik was tired of looking for good smoked salmon. He decided to make products himself that tasted good and at the same time were smoked with real smoke. There was a lot of testing before the final recipe was in place.

Garnviks Røkeri has received many awards for its products. Both during the Trøndersk Food Festival over several years, NM, as well as participating in the final of Det Norske Måltid.
